Upon receiving your order, please check that all correct items are received. While some freeze-dried treats may be delicate and can appear a little imperfect, rest assured their delicious taste remains unaffected.

We make every effort to carefully pack and protect your orders. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for significant damage resulting from rough handling by the carrier. However, in unforeseen circumstances, we are dedicated to offering assistance. Our goal is to uphold fairness and ensure the satisfaction of our customers as best as we can.

We do our best to describe products as adequately and accurately as we can on our website. If you are unsure about an item, please contact us with any queries you may have. Considering the perishable nature of our items (food), we regretfully cannot accept returns for unwanted purchases or changes of mind.
