Postage and Pick-up Info

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate postage fee of $14.95 for all orders across Australia.

For all orders over $150 regular postage is free!

Express postage is available for $20 per order

When will my order be posted?

We post orders once a week. Please keep this in mind when ordering for your event or when filling your craving!

We post on Saturday mornings.  All orders placed from the Saturday to the Friday prior are posted that following Saturday.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Depending on your location, orders can take up to 10 business days from the postage date to arrive.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are tracked and your tracking number will be sent in the notification of shipping email

How is my order packed?

All orders are packed into postage boxes with padding and care to minimise movement and potential handling damage during transit.  

Pick-up Information

Pick-up of orders is available from Modbury, S.A. Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm by arrangement.

We now offer Pick-up from the Farm Direct Market at Salisbury Heights every second Saturday from 8am - 1pm. Starting from 24th February 2024.
