How much does shipping cost?

For all orders over $40 regular postage is free!

Orders under $40 are charged at $14.95 for regular post.

Express postage is available for $20 per order. Orders over $100 express post is free!

When will my order be posted?

 

Once your order is filled, it will be posted the next day. If delays are expected in posting your order (if we need to freeze-dry your lollies) we will let you know via your email address.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Depending on your location, orders can take up to 10 business days from the postage date to arrive.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are tracked and your tracking number will be sent in the notification of shipping email

How is my order packed?

All orders are packed into postage boxes with padding and care to minimise movement and potential handling damage during transit.  

Pick-up Information

 

We offer pick-up from the Kersbrook Shell Service Station, Scott Street, Kersbrook at an agreed time and date.

We are happy to organise a pick-up of your paid order at any of the events we are attending. Please check the events page for details of our latest events.
